Our staff only need the following documents to complete the 90-day report on your behalf:

- ✅ A signed copy of your passport (for the power of attorney)
- ✅ TM.30 form (you can send a digital file if available)
- ✅ TDAC (Thai Digital Arrival Card)
- ✅ Power of attorney form (our staff will bring it for you to sign during document pickup)
