Documents Required To Get A Visa For Belgium

To apply for a Belgium visa from Thailand, certain supporting documents are required. These typically include items from the following list, depending on the purpose and type of your visa.

• Visa application form duly completed, dated and signed)
• One recent color photo (3.5 x 4.5 cm) with a white background, not older than 6 months.
• Passport (with at least 2 blank pages and must be valid for at least 3 months after the intended departure from Schengen)
• Copy of passport: photocopies of the data page and all pages with visas or stamps, in order.
• For non-Thai nationals : Proof of legal residence in Thailand
• Trip itinerary or booking of an organized tour. Must show travel dates and places to be visited.
• Hotel reservations, signed rental agreement, or confirmation from host/organizing body that they will provide accommodation.
• Recent bank statements, salary slips, or tax documents showing sufficient funds to cover the trip. Credit card copies may also be accepted.
• Medical insurance: must cover all Schengen countries. Minimum €30,000 coverage for emergency medical care and repatriation. Must be valid for the full trip duration.
• Flight reservation: Round-trip flight reservation showing entry and exit dates for the Schengen area.
• Other supporting documents: any relevant documents that do not fall into the categories above but support your application.

Belgium Visa Fees
